This Privacy Policy describes how Slacker Media Group, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when individuals access or use our websites, platforms, event services, communications, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

When registering for an event, waitlist, presale, membership program, or similar offering, you may provide information such as your name, email address, birthday, and, where requested, mobile phone number.

Where you consent or applicable law otherwise permits, we may use this information to send marketing messages, presale announcements, exclusive ticket releases, event information, and similar communications. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary even if you opt out of promotional marketing.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by following the instructions included in the message. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Ticketing and Other Third-Party Platforms

Certain transactions may be completed through third-party ticketing or service providers, including platforms such as TicketMaster, Etix, AXS, Tixr, DICE, Showpass, Yapsody, Eventbrite, Posh, and Resident Advisor. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

If you choose to opt in to our marketing through a third-party platform, that provider may share information with us, such as your name, email address, date of birth, location, phone number, or communication preferences, depending on the provider and your selections.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Remarketing
